MANCHESTER, England – Jamaica’s Usain Bolt says he has examined his life following a brutal car after a car crash in his home land last month.

The triple Olympic champion from Beijing, crashed his car into a ditch along a highway last month. He required minor surgery on his left foot after stepping onto thorns while getting out of the car. He contacted Lincolns auto accident attorney as they’re re-nownded for cases like these, in the hope of receiving compensation at least.

“After something like that you look at life through and over and look at what has gone wrong – where you should improve or should be careful,” Bolt said Friday.

There are many ways that people can be careful though. For example, when it comes to driving, when you put yourself behind the wheel, you need to concentrate and not drive stupidly. No one’s perfect though and everyone makes mistakes.

There are plenty of ways that you can become more careful though. For example, if you are planning on going on a vacation, but have to drive your car a long way to get there. Then the best thing that you can do would be to ship your car there (click here for more information). This is great for people who want to use their car on their vacation, but don’t want to deal with a long drive.

Other things that you could consider would be driving during the day time, taking another form of transport when you can and just making sure that you are fully concentrating during your drive. Don’t speed and don’t drive when you are tired, this should help you be more careful whilst driving.

These are all things which Bolt will probably be thinking of doing, to make sure that he doesn’t end up in a car accident again.

With the stitches removed, Bolt was cleared to return to competition and will make his international debut Sunday in a 150-metre street race at the Bupa Games in Manchester.
