Monaco Grand Prix starting list

MONACO — The link below will point you to the starting lineups for the Herculis IAAF Super Grand Prix meeting in Monaco on Tuesday July 28.

The meeting will feature several match-ups during the competition, which is being used by many athletes as their final preparations for the upcoming World Championships in Berlin, Germany next month.

Ariane-FriedrichA few noted clashes will come in the men’s and women’s 400 metres hurdles, where Americans Bershawn Jackson and Kerron Clement watch techniques and strengths with Jamaican Isa Phillips in the men’s section, while and Melaine Walker and USA’s Lashinda Demus go head-to-head for the second time in three days in the women’s race.

Other athletes set to be on show are Olympic champions Lashawn Merritt (400m) in addition to Jamaicans Veronica Campbell-Brown and Shelly Ann Fraser, who race in the women’s 100m.

Elsewhere, Ariane Friedrich and Blanka Vlasic go in the women’s high jump, while a host of headliners are set for the men’s 800m that will feature world leader Abubaker Kaki (SUD), Gary Reed (CAN) Yuriy Borzakovskiy (RUS) Khadevis Robinson (USA)…among others.
