UPDATED (AUG23) – IAAF World Championships Medal Count

BERLIN — These are the medal counts after the opening day of competition at the 12th IAAF World Championships which started in Berlin, Germany on Saturday, August 15.

The count is after 19 of the 49 finals that will be contested during the championships that run for nine days.
