Rankings: Sprints, Hurdles: USA lead men and Jamaica lead women has provided the some interesting stats, which provides special information on the Sprints and Hurdles Top 12 countries rankings.

Despite dominating the sprints in last two seasons United States still remains the top country in the Men’s Sprints and Hurdles Ranking with Great Britain following the big two.

Jamaica, however leads the way on the women’s side and they are ahead of the United States and  Russia. Countries Rankings Sprints&Hurdles Top 12:
