Campbell-Brown has another toe problem

KINGSTON: – Jamaica’s most decorated female sprinter, Veronica Campbell-Brown, says doctors have identified another infected toe on her left foot.

Since April, Campbell-Brown who has five Olympic medals, including back-to-back 200m victories in Athens (2004) and Beijing, had only identified one infected toe on her left foot, which kept her out of training for five weeks.

“When I first did my examination there was only one toe that was affected, but my last examination a couple days ago revealed that a second toe was affected,” she said on her arrival in Jamaica on Thursday….Read More
