COPENHAGEN — After years of work and days of frantic, last-minute lobbying, the four cities hoping to host the 2016 Olympic Games are nearing the finish line. On Friday, they finally will learn if their efforts — and the tens of millions of dollars spent on them — were worth it.
On Friday afternoon, after each city gives its final presentation, the International Olympic Committee will choose a host city for the 2016 Summer Games.
