Veronica Campbell-Brown to get UNESCO award on Tuesday

Jamaica’s darling of Track and Field, Veronica Campbell-Brown, will be conferred as a UNESCO Champion for Sport on Tuesday at the 35th Session of the General Conference of UNESCO in Paris.

The Double Olympic Champion at 200 metres, who was nominated by the Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, the Honourable Olivia Grange, MP, will take on the mission of Gender Equality in Sports. Minister Grange will attend the ceremony.
