Bekele and Dibaba announce busy starts to 2010

Ethiopia’s stars Kenenisa Bekele and Tirunesh Dibaba, the 5000m and 10000m double winners in Beijing in 2008, will have a busy start to their 2010 seasons, the Ethiopianrun reports.

Bekele, who won his first world championship 5000m and 10000m double in Berlin in August this year to add to a similar triumph at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, will start his season at the Great Edinburgh Cross Country in Scotland on January 9th before competing in some indoor races in the run-up to the 2010 World Indoor Championships in Doha, Qatar. ….Read More
