World Rankings

The latest All-Athletics.com World Rankings have been released. This week the biggest effect came from the Boston Marathon.

Men’s winner Robert Kiprono Cheruiyot of Kenya moved from 28th to the 6th position, while Ethiopian Tekesde Kebede, who was second in Boston, went from 24th to 13th place.

Winner of the women’s race, Teyba Erkesso of Ethiopia, improved from 17th to the 8th rank. Thanks to her silver medal position in Boston, Russian Tatyana Pushkareva rash from the 129th to the 33rd position.
