Jamaican speedsters Asafa Powell and Veronica Campbell-Brown will headline their respective 100m fields at the Dunlop Shanghai Golden Grand Prix on 15 May.

Also entered in the women’s field is American Carmelita Jeter, who is expected to give her Jamaican rival a tough run.

Powell, a former 100m World record holder, wants to use the Shanghai race as part of his build-up towards having a successive season against the likes fellow countryman and world record holder Usain Bolt and American Tyson Gay.

Campbell-Brown and Jeter setup a massive contest in the women race, with many still waiting to see what the two-time Olympic 200m champion and World Indoor 60m winner will bring to the important year.
