PHILADELPHIA – The nation’s oldest track and field meet will again be broadcast live on national television as NBC will showcase the USA vs. The World series on Saturday, April 27 from 1-3 p.m. EST.

NBC, which was originally scheduled to air live action from 1:30-3:00, announced last week the addition of the extra half hour of live coverage to launch its 2013 USATF Championship Series coverage.

From 3-5 p.m., live coverage of The Penn Relays will air on NBC Universal, making it four complete hours of live action from Franklin Field available to fans in high definition television on Saturday.
