New York, NY – The press conference for the upcoming Armory Track Invitational (ATI) will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday on February 4 at the Park Central Hotel in midtown Manhattan.
The ATI is scheduled for February 5th-6th –long known as the biggest collegiate invitational of the season — will also include six combined pro/college events during a feature window from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6 at The Armory. Those distances are the 800 meters, the mile and the 3,000 meters for both men and women.

WHO: Athletes scheduled to be on hand for the Thursday press conference include: Nicole Tully in the 5,000m – she is the 2015 United States champion in the 5,000m; Robby Andrews in the 800m – in 2015 was the No. 2 ranked 1,500m runner in the United States; and Brycen Spratling, who will be on Team USA in the unique 4×200 sprint relay – a member of the winning United States relay team at World Relays in 2015 and winner of last year’s NYRR Millrose Games 500m.
Also expected to make an appearance are representatives of TeamJamaica who will take part in a first-of-its kind sprint relay showdown that will include teams from the United States, France, Canada, the British Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana and Antigua.
The Armory Track Invitational will have a special ceremony to honor members of the French team recognized for their support over the years.
WHAT: Press conference for the Armory Track Invitational. The ATI features some of the country’s finest professional, collegiate and high school athletes. More than 70 collegiate teams including Wisconsin, Arizona, South Carolina, Duke, Ohio State, Vanderbilt, Tulane, Mississippi State and Miami along with hundreds of high school competitors will compete in the ATI.
