ST GEORGE’S, Grenada – The order of events for Monday’s third and final day of competition at the 2016 Carifta Games at Grenada Athletic Stadium.

Defending champion Jamaica has dominated the championships so, and will be hoping to get close to winning at least 80 medals again this year.

Another 25 finals are on the schedule for today’s last day, including the 200m and 4x400m relays finals across all age groups.

The action gets going at 9:00 am with the morning session, which has three finals listed.

Girls’ Javelin Throw Under-18, High Jump Under-20 for girls and the boys’ Long Jump Under-18 are the medal events slated for the morning session on day three.

Competition on the track gets under way at 9:15 am with the semi-final heats of all the sprint hurdles, which will be followed by the semi-final heats of the 4x400m.

Evening activities begins at 4:00 pm with the Girls’ Under-20 Javelin Throw before the running events kick off at 4:15 with the finals of the sprint hurdles.

The 2016 Carifta Games will close with the traditional 4x400m events, followed by the closing ceremony, which is slated to begin with Under-20 girls’ race at 6:45 pm.
