American Track League Meeting #1 Results From Jan. 24

Results from the American Track League Meeting #1 at the Randal Tyson Track in Fayetteville, Arkansas on Sunday, Jan. 25. American Ryan Crouser set a world record, while Trayvon Bromell, Fred Kerley, Grant Holloway, Tonea Marshall, and Gabby Thomas were among the top performers at the event.

Crouser set an indoor world record in the men’s shot put to deliver the featured highlights of the event. The American heaved the shot to a world mark of 22.82m in the first round to dominate the competition.

In the sprints, Bromell returns from injury to post 6.48 seconds to land the men’s 60m, Kerley eased to victory in the men’s 400m with 45.03, while Holloway tied his American record and personal best with a 7.35 performance to win the men’s 60m hurdles.

Elsewhere, Marshall of USA clocked a world-leading time of 7.86 seconds to win the women’s 6om hurdles, Blessing Okagbare of Nigeria took the women’s 60m in 7.17 (PB) and Gabby Thomas grabbed the women’s 300m with a personal best of 35.92.
