Complete compiled results from the 2022 Kip Keino Classic, a 2022 World Athletics Continental Tour Gold series meeting in Nairobi on Saturday (7).

The meeting saw several world-class athletes producing outstanding performance, led by Jamaica’s two-time Olympic champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, who clocked 10.67 seconds (-0.4 m/s) to win the women’s 100m.

Also in the sprints, Kenya’s Ferdinand Omanyala won the men’s 100m with a world-leading time of 9.85 (+2.0 m/s), while in the longer distances, Kenyan standout Abel Kipsang ran an impressive 3:31.01 in the men’s 1500m and Ethiopian Girmawit Gebrzihair dropped a world-leading 14:49.97 to secure the women’s 5,000m.
