USATF Marathon Road Championships 2022 Watch Live on USATF.TV

(December 3) —— The 2022 USATF Marathon Road Championships will take place on Sunday, December 4 in Sacramento with the California International Marathon 2022 and you can watch live stream online with TV coverage also available in selected areas. The California International Marathon 2022 is certified and sanctioned by USATF and is a Boston Marathon and US Olympic Trials Marathon qualifier.

2022 USATF Marathon Road Championships Details

Event Information

AWARDS & PRIZE MONEY (PER GENDER)

USATF Championship medals and USATF Running Circuit points will be awarded to the top 10 finishers. There will be an award ceremony following the conclusion of the race.

2x USATF Running Circuit points will be earned for the Marathon Championships.

  • 1st – $20,000
  • 2nd – $10,000
  • 3rd – $7,000
  • 4th – $3,000
  • 5th – $1,500
  • 6th – $1,000
  • 7th – $800
  • 8th – $700
  • 9th – $600
  • 10th – $400

Course Record Bonus: $3,000 (available to one athlete per gender).
Course Records: Jerry Lawson (2:10:27) and Sara Vaughn (2:26:53).

$500 Olympic Trials Qualifying bonus to individuals who hit an OTQ. Capped at $30,000 and prorated if more than 60 athletes run under the standards.
