
The World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold meeting in Lievin, France will feature performances by Grant Holloway, Katie Moon (Nageotte), and Keely Hodgkinson on February 15th.
Holloway, a two-time world champion in the outdoor sprint hurdles, holds the world indoor record and is the reigning world indoor 60m hurdles champion. He has not lost a 60m hurdles race in almost nine years, including victories at the Lievin meet in 2022 and 2021.
The American owns the meeting record of 7.32 seconds and set the world record at 7.29 secs in Madrid, last February. A wonderful sequence of racing last season from Holloway also included times of 7.35, two times at 7.37, and a pair of 7.40 secs clockings as well.
In the meantime, Moon, the world and Olympic pole vault champion, won at Lievin in 2019 and set an indoor season’s best of 4.80m there last year. The American owns the 5th world all-time performance indoors with a clearance of 4.94m.
Hodgkinson, the European 800m champion indoors and outdoors, is the world and Olympic silver medallist and holds the British records for the indoor and outdoor 800m.
Other confirmed athletes for the Lievin meet include Mondo Duplantis, the world and Olympic pole vault champion, and Jakob Ingebrigtsen, the Olympic 1500m champion.
