
Heat one of the men’s 200m dash at the 2023 Texas Tech Open held at the Sports Performance Center in Lubbock, TX, is expected to provide the fireworks across all the sections as it includes sprint stars, Matthew Boling and Micah Williams. Read: How to watch the 2023 Texas Tech Open?

On Saturday, the Georgia and Oregon standouts have been drawn in the same heat of the men’s 200m, with Williams starting out of lane four and Boling in lane six.
Today’s clash will be the first appearance for both sprinters, with Williams featuring in just the 60m dashes thus far and Boling racing over the 300m and 400m in recent weeks leading up to this clash.
Heat one will also include Jacolby Shelton of Texas Tech and Davonye Jones of North Texas.
Meanwhile, heat 2 includes David Dunlap of Northern Arizona and Karayme Bartley, who represents PUMA, while Mouhamadou Fall of France starts as the favorite to win heat three, Keshaun Black of Georgia is in heat four and Joseph Manu and his teammate Isaac Botsio from West Texas A&M will race in the same heat.
