
The following are the list of champions at the 2023 SEC Indoor Championships on Friday, 24, February, and Saturday, 25, February at the Lance Harter Track inside the Randal Tyson Track Center. Several records were broken on Day two of the championships, as Arkansas swept the team crowns again!
Among the highlighted winners on Saturday were Kentucky’s Masai Russell, who won the 60m hurdles with a blisted 7.77 seconds to smash the Tonea Marshall (LSU, 7.89) meeting record, Talitha Diggs of Florida, who clocked 50.15 secs to break Kendall Ellis (USC, 50.34) collegiate record from 2018 and Sydney McLaughlin meet record, while Texas A&M’s Lamara Distin cleared 1.95m to set a meeting record in the women’s high jump.

On the men’s side, meanwhile, Elija Godwin of Georgia clocked 44.75 secs for the gold medal and eclisping Kirani James (Alabama) old SEC Championships meeting record from 44.80, while Dylan Jacobs of Tennessee set a new meet record of 7:52.49 in the men’s 3000m with a time and Alabama lowered the 4×400 relay SEC meet record time to 3:01.78.
