Day 3: 2023 Raleigh Relays schedule and how to watch live

RALEIGH, N.C. (24 March 2023) – Lead: The final day of the 2023 Raleigh Relays promises to be as exciting as the previous days with an array of track and field events scheduled. The competitions will be streamed live on ACCNX, starting at 3:00 PM EST. Here is the order of event guide for Day 3 on March 25.

Day 3 Field Events Schedule

The day’s events will kick off with the Men’s Hammer Throw at 9:45 a.m., followed by the Women’s Long Jump at 10:30 a.m. The final field events on the schedule are the Women’s Hammer Throw at 1:15 p.m. and the Men’s Long Jump at 1:45 p.m. Read more: Virginia’s Ashley Anumba sets Discus records at Raleigh Relays 2023

Running Events Schedule

The track events will start with the Women’s 4x100m relay at 1:00 p.m. EST, followed by the Men’s 4x100m relay at 1:25 p.m. Other competitions scheduled for the day are the 800m, 200m, and 4x400m relays, which will close out the event.

Among the winners on Friday’s second day were Kirami Yego of South Alabama, who won the men’s 10,000m race with a personal best of 28:22.94, Olivia Markezich of Notre Dame who clocked a solid time of 15:33.62 to win the women’s 5,000m, and Angelina Ellis of Butler who secured the win in the Women’s 3000m Steeplechase with a personal best and meet record of 9:53.32.
