FSU Relays 2023 Live Results and Updates

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (March 21) – The Seminole will host the 2023 FSU Relays at the Mike Long Track in Tallahassee, Fla., on Thursday 23 March and Friday, 24 March and below you will find the complete college and invitational schedule, as well as the live result link, provided by Prime Time Timing at pttiming.com.

The collegiate competition at the meeting is by invitation only and in addition to host Florida State, athletes from the Auburn, Florida, FAMU, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Southern Miss, and Syracuse programs are also set to compete over the two days. – For more information visit the Florida State official website here

Meanwhile, the 2023 FSU Relays is also open to High School athletes who will share the track with the collegiate athletes on Friday, 24 March before having the facility to themselves on Saturday (25). Read more: How to watch the 2023 NC State Raleigh Relays?

Competition for the college athletes will start at 2:00 p.m. ET with the women’s Hammer Throw, followed by the men, while the Pole Vault for women will start at 5:00 p.m. and will be followed by the men’s competition.

Practice Times: The facility will be available for team and individual practice on Thursday, 23 March, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. To schedule additional practice time on Wednesday (Mar. 22) contact Dillon Yearby at dy22@fsu.edu by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 20th.
