The 2023 Penn Relays is set to kick off on Thursday, April 26, with a lineup of exciting events to look forward to. Fans of the sport can catch all the action live via FloTrack’s streaming coverage and stay updated with the latest results throughout the day.

The day’s events will commence with the high school boys’ 4x800m relay heat at 9:00 a.m., followed by a few relay races for junior varsity and middle school competitors. Things will start to heat up at 1:10 p.m. with the high school boys’ 4×400 heats, which will continue until 3:20 p.m. With a plethora of mile relay races, the day promises to be full of intense competition.
Collegiate events will take center stage in the later part of the day, beginning with the men’s 400m Hurdles Championship at 5:00 p.m. The college women’s 1500m Championship race will follow at 5:20 p.m., with the men’s race taking place at 5:40 p.m. Fans can also look forward to the college men’s and women’s 3000m Steeplechase, 5000m, and 10,000m races.
