Harvard University men and Princeton University women are the leaders at the 2023 Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, entering the second and final day of competition today, Sunday (7). Harvard leads on the men’s side with 48 points after five of the 22 events were scored on Saturday. Princeton women take a big 17-point lead into Day Two –leading the way with 53 points after five scored events.
Harvard men tallied 18 points in Javelin Throw and 16 in the 10,000m, with 10 also scored in the High Jump. Princeton is sitting second in the table standings with 37pts, followed by Cornell on 21, Penn University with 18, and Brown with 16. On the women’s side, Princeton tallied 22 points off the Javelin Throw and 10 from the Pole Vault to set up the first-day lead. Harvard follows next with 36pts in second place, with Cornell next with 22, Penn with 20, and Brown and Dartmouth on 12 each.
