The Great Britain and Northern Ireland squad for the European Team Championships 2023 has undergone a few updates, according to British Athletics. The six-day championships, which run from June 20-25, are already underway. However, the British contingent will not compete in Poland until June 23.

British Athletics revealed that experienced sprinter Bianca Williams will now compete in both the individual 100m and 200m events. This decision came after Imani-Lara Lansiquot withdrew from the women’s 100m race.

There are also updates to both the men’s and women’s 4x100m relay squads. Andrew Morgan-Harrison and Leonie Ashmeade have joined their respective teams, replacing Alex O’Gorman and Lewis Samuel. Read more: European Team Championships Silesia 2023 – Day 2 Timetable
