The 2023 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships will continue on Thursday (8) and you can watch live streaming coverage on the championship website as well as using the live stream below.
After an exciting day one of competition on Wednesday, which saw Kenya’s Patrick Kipngeno and Andrea Mayr from Austria winning the men’s and women’s respective vertical uphill events, the focus now shifts to the Trail Short events on the second day and you will not want to miss the action!

Trail Short Course
The “Trail Short” course is renowned for its challenging and technical nature, featuring an alpine approach. The website confirmed that approximately 50 percent of the entire route surpasses an altitude of 1,500 meters, while 18 percent of the route reaches heights above 2,000 meters.
The course can be divided into three distinct sections: the initial technical exit from the city area, a relatively flat passage across the Inn Valley, and a thrilling alpine transition leading to the picturesque Stubai Valley.
