The complete medal table standings for the 2023 World Mountain and Trail Running Championships are as follows, after all 20 decisions were made. The event took place over five days, from June 6th to 10th, and involved 68 participating countries, with a total of 1,290 athletes competing in Innsbruck and Stubai.

Kenya also had a strong showing, concluding the championship with a total of nine medals, including five gold medals, two silver medals, and two bronze medals. Switzerland finished with one gold medal, two silver medals, and three bronze medals to round out the top five.

The United States, on the other hand, secured only one gold medal through Grayson Murphy in the Up and Down Race, and also obtained one silver medal and two bronze medals, resulting in a total of four medals.
