Here is the schedule for Day 2 of athletics at the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games [CAC Games], which will take place at the Estadio Nacional Jorge El Mágico González Athletics Stadium on Monday, 3 July. All times below on Day 2 at San Salvador 2023 are in Eastern Standard Time.

World-Track will provide a recap of events throughout the day today with a number of top athletes, including NCAA sprint champion Julien Alfred of Saint Lucia, who race in the women’s 100m, as well as World and Olympic champion Yulimar Rojas of Venezuela, who will go for the gold medal in the women’s Triple Jump.

The second-day schedule of events will begin with the Men’s Decathlon at 10:00 a.m. ET or 8:00 a.m. local time in El Salvador, while the evening order of events will begin with the Women’s Hammer Throw Final at 6:00 p.m. ET.
Running events will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET with the Men’s 100m Semi-Final, which will feature three heats, while the women’s semis will go off at 7:30 p.m.
