The 2023 Asian Athletics Championships track and field schedule continues on Friday, and below, you will find the order of event guide for Day 3 in Bangkok, the Capital city of Thailand. The competition will start with the Heptathlon for women at about 10:00 p.m. ET, and you can watch all the live action on the Asian Athletics Championships YouTube.

The men’s 400m hurdles first-round races are the first open running event on the track, beginning at 10:25 p.m. ET. In fact, this will be the only track event that will take place today in this morning’s opening session on Day 3.
