USATF Outdoor Championships Day 3 schedule, and how to watch live

The 2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships continue today (July 8) with another crowded schedule. The following is the order of event guide for Day 3 as the battle for World Athletics Championships places resumes this weekend.

Competition started early Saturday morning with the women’s and men’s 20K Racewalk finals, while the U20 program will continue today with a host of events. Watch the U20 event here: USATF.TV.

Meanwhile, the senior program will start at 7:10 p.m. ET with the men’s Hammer Throw final, while the heats of the men’s 200m will kick-start the running events at 7:43 p.m. ET. The 200m heats will follow at 8:00 a.m. ET.

Also on the Day 3 schedule at the 2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships on Saturday are the men’s 110m hurdles heats, the women’s and men’s 400m final, as well as the semifinal of the 400m hurdles.

The night concludes with three finals, the women’s and men’s 3000m Steeplechase Final, starting at 10:10 p.m. ET and then the women’s 100m Hurdles final at 10:40 p.m.
