The Guardian Mile 2023 is one of the most anticipated races this weekend and will take place on the Hope Memorial Bridge in Cleveland, OH, on Saturday, July 29. Live streaming coverage of all the Guardian Mile event races will be on the event’s official Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/guardianmile. Any updates will be posted on the same platform. Live results and updates can also be followed on the event’s website.

This annual road running event welcomes runners from all age groups, including youth and middle school participants. However, the spotlight will undoubtedly be on the elite runners. The organizers have confirmed that both the men’s and women’s races will feature high-quality fields.

The event, presented by GOH Run, will officially commence with the National Anthem at 6:55 p.m. ET. This will be followed by the 2nd Sole Lakewood High School & Youth Heat at 7:00 p.m. and the Fleet Feet Community Heat & Team Challenge at 7:20 p.m.

The Monticello Associates Elite Women’s race will start at 8:00 p.m. ET, while the Elite Men’s competition will kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET.

  • 6:55 PM – National Anthem
  • 7:00 PM – GOH RUN / 2nd Sole Lakewood High School & Youth Heat
  • 7:20 PM – Fleet Feet Community Heat & Team Challenge
  • 7:40 PM – Tom C. Loepp Law Offices Competitive Masters Heat and Nordonia Dental Stroller Division
  • 8:00 PM – Monticello Associates Elite Women’s Heat (introductions at starting line prior to race)
  • 8:15 PM – Monticello Associates Elite Men’s Heat (introductions at Start prior to race)
  • 8:25 PM – Elite Awards Ceremony and Ohio Track Legends Group Photo with Ohio Elites at Finish

  • 8:30-11:00 PM – Community post-race party at Market Garden Brewery and Brewpub
