How to watch the 2023 Live in Lou Classic?

The 2023 Live in Lou Classic is broadcasting live on FloTrack, and fans who cannot make the trip to watch the races in person can follow the action via live streaming on Saturday (30). The University of Louisville cross country team event, hosted by the Louisville Sports Commission at E.P. “Tom” Sawyer Park, will showcase Cardinals athletes in five distinct races.

When the action starts on Saturday morning, the men will tackle an 8K course, while women will compete in a 5K. The day’s proceedings will begin with the men’s gold race at 9:30 a.m., followed by the women’s gold race at 10:15 a.m.

Louisville athletes will also be competing in the men’s blue race at 10:45 a.m., the men’s silver race at 12:00 p.m., and the women’s silver race at 12:45 p.m.

This competition serves as the Cardinals’ debut under new Director Joe Franklin, who assumed his role in June after a 17-season tenure at New Mexico. The team has also incorporated 24 new athletes for the 2023 season, including seven transfers and 17 freshmen. Live streaming of the event will be available on Flotrack.

Admission is set at $10 for spectators aged 14 and older. To facilitate a smooth entry process, attendees are advised to purchase tickets in advance. Parking at the venue is complimentary. Click here
