The latest New Balance 5th Avenue Mile 2023 results on Sunday saw Great Britain runners sweeping the men’s and women’s respective races for the second consecutive year. Josh Kerr and Jemma Reekie secured the wins today with impressive surging finishes.

On the women’s side, Reekie pulled away from the pack in the closing 100m to 4:20 and took victory over Ireland’s Sarah Healy, who did 4:20.60 for second place, and Great Britain’s Melissa Courtney-Bryant, who ran 4:21 for third.

USA’s Nikki Hiltz (4:21.30) and Jamaica’s Adelle Tracey (4:22) rounded out the top five finishers in the women’s race.

In the men’s New Balance 5th Avenue Mile 2023 results today, world champion Josh Kerr of Great Britain dominated his rivals with a comfortable performance en route to posting 3:48 as 17 runners dipped under four minutes today.

His countryman George Mills was two minutes behind in second place at 3:50, while third place went to Geordie Beamish of New Zealand, who clocked 3:50.10.
