WEST COLUMBIA, South Carolina (Oct. 23, 2023) — The SEC Cross Country Championship is set to unfold on Friday, Oct. 27 at Charwood Golf Club, with South Carolina serving as the host. The event will be broadcast live on the SEC Network, and fans can also access Live Results via PrimeTime.

The Schedule and the Stakes

The day kicks off with the men’s 8K race at 10:08 a.m. ET, followed by the women’s 6K event slated for approximately 10:50 a.m. ET. The championship awards ceremony will commence at noon ET, capping off a day of intense competition.

Defending Champions Under Siege

Alabama’s Crimson Tide, the defending champions for both men’s and women’s categories, face stiff competition this year. On the women’s front, Florida, nationally ranked at No. 7, and Arkansas at No. 11, are poised to give Alabama, ranked No. 13, a run for their money.
