TEXAS (Nov. 18) — The 2023 Nike Cross Regionals South in The Woodlands, Texas, will be broadcast live on RunnerSpace on Saturday, Nov. 18, and fans can watch and follow the updates of all the action.

Event Information
The 2023 Nike Cross Regionals South, a premier event in high school cross country, is set to be broadcast live from Bear Branch Park in The Woodlands, Texas. Fans interested to follow the event can also tune in to NikeCrossNationals.com for an exclusive replay after the live webcast.
Live and exclusion broadcast of the event on RunnerSpace starts at 6:50 a.m. CT.
The highlight of the day will be the boys and girls championship 5k races, scheduled to commence at 8:30 a.m. CT and 9:00 a.m. CT, respectively.
These races are expected to feature some of the South region’s most talented high school runners, all vying for a chance to advance their aspirations in the Nike Cross Nationals (NXN).
