The busy weekend in cross country continues on Sunday, with the 2023 Nike Cross Regionals Southeast, which will be broadcast live from WakeMed Park, Cary, NC, on Sunday, November 19.
Live webcast broadcast and update will begin at 8:15 AM ET, and you can watch the action RunnerSpace +PLUS. The coverage starts at 8:25 a.m. ET with the Girls Rising Stars Race, followed by the Boys Rising Stars Race at 8:50 a.m., while the Girls Open Invitational Race will take place at 9:15 a.m.
The featured races, the Boys Championship Race and Girls Championship Race will take place at 11:10 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., respectively.
