How to watch the 2024 NCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field Championships?

The 2024 NCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field Championships will get underway on Wednesday at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, and fans should brace themselves for four exciting days of competition, which concludes on Saturday. Florida men and Texas women are the defending champions, following their respective championship achievements in 2023.

The final collegiate track and field event of the season runs from June 5th to 8th and fans can watch and follow all the action online using their favorite devices. Males and females will compete on alternate days across the four days –with the men in action on Wednesday and Friday and the women bow in action on Thursday and Saturday.

If you are unable to make the trip to Eugene to watch the championship in person, it’s OK because you will have options to follow the action.  You can watch and stream live coverage of the 2024 NCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field Championships on ESPN2, ESPNU, and ESPN+. Live broadcast gets underway at 3:00 p.m. ET with the men’s decathlon, while the men’s Hammer Throw final will take place at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Live action on the track gets underway at 7:32 with the 4x100m relay semi-final heat.

After a day’s rest, the men will return on Friday to contest all finals in an effort to secure the team crown.

Meanwhile, the women are in action on Thursday and will close the championship on Saturday night.
