Quincy Wilson will compete in both the 200-meter and 300-meter dashes Saturday at The Armory in New York City, marking his second indoor meet of the winter season. The Bullis School senior and Paris 2024 Olympic gold medalist enters as the favorite with a personal record of 33.11 seconds set in 2023.
Wilson’s return to competitive sprinting follows a strong 500-meter performance last week at the Jim Mitchell Invitational, where he posted a time of 1:02.05. He also posted a time of 6.34 seconds to cover the 55m dash and set a personal best.

On Saturday, the 17-year-old will face a challenging field in both the 200m and 300m events at the U.S. Marine Corps Holiday Classic, including his own teammate Cameron Homer. Homer recently won the 300m at the Jim Mitchell meet with a time of 33.92 seconds and holds a personal best of 33.43, making him the second-fastest runner entered in Saturday’s race.
The 300m competition includes several athletes capable of pushing Wilson. Shelldon Simpson II from Windsor, Connecticut, brings a personal record of 34.12 seconds, while Aidan Peterkin of Elmont, New York, has run 34.26. Both Kemol Johnson and Nathaniel Johnson from New York schools have personal bests under 35 seconds, adding depth to the field.
Wilson will also line up against Homer and several others in the 200m invitationals.
The race will be broadcast live on ArmoryTrack.org starting at 10:30 AM Eastern Time. Viewers will need a RunnerSpace+ subscription to watch. Live results and updates are also available here
