ROTTERDAM, NETHERLANDS (April 16) – The 2023 Marathon Rotterdam, a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race, is set to take place on Sunday, April 16. American viewers can catch the live streaming coverage of the race on FloTrack, starting at 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning. To access the race, viewers must have a FloTrack pro account and can stream or cast the action from their desktop, mobile or television. FloSports app can be downloaded on iOS or Android on several different streaming platforms such as Roku, Fire TV, Chromecast and Apple TV.
If you prefer to catch up with the race later, you can watch the on-demand video footage from the event that will be archived and stored in a video library for FloTrack all active subscribers. NN Marathon Rotterdam Course Conditions
Bashir Abdi holds the course record for men, completing the marathon in 02:03:36 in 2021, while Tiki Gelana set the women’s record at 02:18:58 in 2012. The NN Marathon Rotterdam course is considered one of the fastest in the world, with three world records set in the past. Abdi Nageeye holds the Dutch record, crossing the finish line with a time of 02:04:56, while Nienke Brinkman holds the women’s record of 02:22:51.
The organizers are expecting ideal running conditions, although there is a chance for a few early morning light showers. A moderate wind may also occur during the race, but the temperature should balance everything off. World-Track will provide result highlights and recaps after the race is completed on Sunday.
