The NACAC U18 and U23 Championships conclude today, Sunday, 23, July, and below are the complete start lists, order of event schedule, and how to watch the live stream on Day 3 at the San Jose Stadium in Costa Rica.

There is only one session on today’s schedule, starting at 9:00 a.m. local time or 11:00 a.m. ET with a list of field events, including the men’s U23 pole vault and high jump finals, as well as the U23 women’s triple jump.

How to Watch Day 3: NACAC U18 and U23 Championships

Running events will also get going at 9:00 a.m. local time –with the U18 women’s 800m final getting this underway, followed by the remaining divisions. The Day Three schedule will close out with the 4x400m races, starting with the U18 final at 12:15 a.m. local time / 2:15 p.m. ET.
