Gifu Half Marathon 2022 results on Sunday, 24 April, a 2022 World Athletics Label Road Race Elite event with Kenyans Alexander Mutiso Munyao and Dolphin Nyaboke Omare taking the wins.

The updated Gifu Half Marathon 2022 results, a 2022 World Athletics Label Road Race Elite event on Sunday, 24 April. This year’s victories went to Kenyans Alexander Mutiso Munyao and Dolphin Nyaboke Omare.

Mutiso secured the win in the men’s contest after crossing the finish line first at 59:56 with his countryman Benard Kibet Koech running 59:57 for second place and another Kenyan teammate, Emmanuel Maru, running 59:58 for third.

The first Japanese runner to cross the line in the men’s race was Takahiro Nakamura, who ran 1:02:21 to finish 10th.

Omare picked up the victory on the women’s side, breaking the tape at a time of 1:08:13 with Australian Sinead Diver trailing home in second place at 1:09:00 and Japan’s Haruka Yamaguchi rounding out the podium places in third with a time of 1:09:50.
