The competition on Day 3 will start at 8:00 a.m. CT local time in Des Moines, IA, today, which is 9:00 a.m. ET with the 3000m race final for 11-year-old girls, followed by the boys' race, and then the 12-year-olds take the track for their respective races.

Meanwhile, the field event competition will also start at 9:00 a.m. ET with the boys' and girls' 14-year-old long jump competitions.
