The following are the Carifta Games 2024 results from finals-only events during the morning session on Day 2 at Kirani James Stadium in St. George’s, Grenada, on Sunday, 31 March.

Three titles were secured in the morning session with Jamaica winning two of the three gold medals and the Bahamas collecting the other top podium spot.

Jamaica and the Bahamas also each won three of the nine medals up for grabs in the session, with Grenada, Barbados, and the Cayman Islands winning the other three medals.
