The following is the 2024 SEC Outdoor Championship order of event schedule on Day one at James G. Pressly Stadium in Gainesville, Florida on Thursday, 9 May. The championship is being hosted by the University of Florida, which will is aiming to wrestle away the team titles from the University of Arkansas.

The Razorbacks captured both the women’s and men’s SEC Outdoor Championship last season, but will be seriously tested this year.

Action on the first day gets underway at 11:30 a.m. ET with the opening events of the men’s Decathlon, followed by the women’s Heptathlon, which starts at Noon.
