The following is the complete schedule and start list for Day 1 of the World Athletics Relays Bahamas 24 at the Thomas A. Robinson National Stadium in Nassau. Saturday's day one schedule begins at 7:05 p.m. ET with the first round heats of the 4x400m mixed relay, featuring the host team The Bahamas, USA, The Netherlands, and Jamaica. These teams are expected to lead the race for the podium places on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the action will shift to the 4x100m round one heats at 7:53 p.m. with the women's race featuring four heats and the men's category also split into four sections.
