MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin cross country program will host what is expected to be an exciting meeting this weekend. Several of the nation’s top teams travel to Madison to fine-tune ahead of the busy post-season schedule.

Six races are scheduled to take place during Saturday’s program with the action getting underway with the Women’s “A” Race at 11:00 a.m. ET before the Men’s “A” Race begins at 11:40 a.m.

Wisconsin Pre-Nationals Schedule – Saturday, October 19
Women’s “A” Race – 10:00 a.m. ET
Men’s “A” Race – 11:40 a.m.
Women’s “Open” Race – 12:20 a.m.
Men’s “Open” Race – 1:00 p.m.
Women’s “B” Race – 1:40 p.m.
Men’s B” Race – 2:20 p.m.
This year’s 2024 Wisconsin Pre-Nationals will consist of three races for each gender. Teams were selected for the championship race, B-race, and open race by a neutral seeding committee. Seeding was based on the most recent USTFCCCA National and Regional rankings.
Top Attending Teams: Men – No. 3 Arkansas, No. 4 Iowa State, No. 5 Notre Dame, No. 6 Wake Forest, No. 6 Northern Arizona, and No. 8 New Mexico.
